Please make sure to read listings carefully. I do my best to ensure colours in product photos are as accurate as possible, but please be aware there may be some differences due to monitor settings.
Customers outside the UK, please note that any customs charges, fees, taxes, and import duties are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the item or shipping price.
Customers in the EU, I am unable to ship to all EU countries at this time due to the GPSR laws. Unfortunately, this will be the case for the foreseeable future, but make sure to follow me on Instagram to be informed of any changes.

Can you ship to [my country]?
- I am able to ship anywhere in the world except to all countries in the EU and others countries that Royal Mail cannot deliver to.
When will my order ship?
- All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. If the period is exceptionally busy, this may be longer.
can I track my order?
- You will not receive a tracking number with your order unless you have paid for tracked shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, as it depends on your location and contents of your order. You will be able to see the shipping cost before paying.
How long does shipping take?
- UK - 1-3 working days
- International 5-7 working days

Your order
Has my order shipped yet?
- The processing times for all orders is 5-7 working days. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation Email.
I checked out with the wrong address
- Please contact me ASAP so I can change the address before it is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, it is too late and I cannot change the shipping address or redirect the order.
I can't find my tracking number
- All orders do not come with a tracking number by default. You will only get a tracking number if you upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
My order hasn't arrived yet
- I'm sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet! Sometimes post can get delayed in the system. Please allow the following amount of time once your order has shipped for it to arrive
- UK - 13 working days
- International - 25 working days
- If the above amount of time has passed, please contact me, and I can assist you further. Please be sure to contact me within 90 days since dispatch, as I can no longer help beyond then.
My order has arrived and something is damaged
- I do my best to pack your orders so they reach you safely, but sometimes things can get damaged. Please email me at Hllo@konfetti.uk with clear photos of the damage. Once I have received these and confirmed, I will sort out a replacement.
My order arrived and something is missing/incorrect
- I apologise if I have made a mistake, please email me at Hello@konfetti.uk with your order number, a photo of what you received and what is missing. After I have confirmed, I will replace everything that is missing.
Cancellations, refunds and returns
Cancellations
- As long as your order hasn't been dispatched, I am more than happy to cancel and refund it for you. If it has been dispatched, however, it is no longer possible to cancel it. please see below my returns policy.
returns + refunds
- If you would like to return your order or an item from it, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. you must then dispatch the items within 14 days back to me, Please make sure to package the items with care, because if they are not in sellable condition, I can only offer a partial refund. - I do not accept exchanges. However, if there is a mistake or damages in your order, please contact me.
